Mazen Dwaikat is a Palestinian poet and writer, born on July 1, 1954 AD in Balata, Palestine.

Mazen Dwaikat is a founding member of the Balata Cultural Forum, a supervisor for the magazine issued by the forum, and a member of the administrative board for previous sessions in the General Union of Palestinian Writers. Dar Al-Farouq for printing and publishing in Nablus.
Mazen represented Palestine at the celebrations of Jerusalem as the capital of Arab culture in Riyadh in 2009.
