Khaldoun Bishara (born in Tubas in 1972) is a Palestinian architect specializing in the preservation of architectural sites and anthropology. He implemented many architectural sites preservation projects in Palestine, and worked on many architectural design projects.

Professional Biography
Bishara studied architecture at Birzeit University in Birzeit, Palestine, from which he obtained his BA in 1996, then in 2000 he obtained a MA in Town and Building Preservation from the Catholic University of Louvain in Louvain, Belgium. Then he also obtained a master's degree in anthropology in 2009 from the University of California in Irvine, California, USA, and he obtained a doctorate from it in 2012 in the same specialty. He has written and co-authored several books and articles; Among them are Riwaq's Guidelines for the Conservation and Restoration of Historic Buildings in Palestine in 2005, and the city of Ramallah, a building and a date in 2002. He is currently working as the Director of the Center for Palestinian Popular Architecture (Riwaq).
