Juliana Seraphim (born 1934 in Jaffa; died 2005) is a Palestinian painter.

Seraphim was born in Jaffa in Palestine in 1934, and she was displaced with her family in the 1948 Nakba to Sidon, and she moved to Beirut in 1952, where she studied art and worked in refugee relief.

She studied painting at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts, in which she collaborated with well-known Lebanese artists, including the Lebanese painter John Khalifa (1923-1978) and held the first exhibition in his private studio, followed by several exhibitions that won her recognition in the artistic community, and she received scholarships in Madrid and Florence, and represented Lebanon at the Alexandria (1962), Paris (1963) and São Paulo (1967) International Fairs.
