Tayseer Hassan Ahmed Nayfeh (born on October 6, 1951) is a Palestinian scientist, professor and inventor, a family from the Palestinian city of Tulkarm. He is the owner of a group of official inventions in his name, and the recipient of several scientific awards and honors, and holds American citizenship. He obtained US citizenship in 1980, and worked from 1980 until 1989 in various locations at Schlumberger International. In 1993 he began working as an assistant professor of industrial engineering at Cleveland University.
