Uday Nassib Al-Bitar (1924-1973) was a lawyer, legal advisor and judge who worked in several regions of the Arab world. Participated in drafting the constitution of the United Arab Emirates at the joint request of Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

Born in the city of Jerusalem on December 7, 1924, he graduated with distinction from high school, then went on to study law at the Institute of Law in Jerusalem, from which he graduated in 1948.

He was one of the injured survivors of the King David Hotel bombing in Jerusalem.

He worked as an agent for the Attorney General in Jerusalem.
He worked as a judge in Wad Medani, Sudan.
He became a member of the Jordanian Bar Association in 1964.
Legal advisor to Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum.
He drafted the civil laws of Dubai, and he was the founder of the civil judiciary in Dubai.
