Ibrahim Mosameh Suleiman al-Balawi (Abu Ahmed; born January 15, 1963) is a Palestinian politician and military officer with the rank of major general and a member of the Fatah movement. He served as head of the Palestinian Military Intelligence from June 20, 2012 to July 31, 2015, and the governor of Salfit Governorate between June 20, 2012 and July 31, 2015. July 31, 2015 and September 16, 2019.
