He was born in Kuwait in 1972, where his family resided before the start of the first Gulf War, in which he participated against the American forces, and he had not completed eighteen years of age. He was arrested after that for a month, and was released after the end of the war, and he returned to Jordan, where the family resided. Abdullah opened a shop for car mechanics, which was his hobby, in addition to his passion for practicing judo, which he started in Kuwait and continued to practice after his return to Jordan. His practical experience did not succeed in filling the money he borrowed to open the shop, so he traveled to South Korea to complete his university education, and there he began to study Korean literature after mastering the language, and moved to electronic engineering in the field of designing and manufacturing satellite receivers, without being able to finish it. He married a Korean girl and stayed there for five years.

In 1998, he returned to Amman with his Korean wife to continue his trade journey, before separating from his wife because she refused his second marriage because of his hope of having children. He changed his life path and leaned towards religiosity, and worked in a TV manufacturing company as an electronics engineer. He settled in his village, Beit Rima, in the district of Ramallah, and had two daughters, Safaa and Tala, and a son named Osama. Abdullah did not have a Palestinian identity card because his family had lost their citizenship while they were in Kuwait, but he was able to come to Palestine through a visitor permit. There, he set about establishing his family, who will live with him during his pursuit and supervise the implementation of several operations against targets in Israel.
