Saad Al-Din Al-Alami: He is the former Grand Mufti of Jerusalem. He was born in Jerusalem in 1911. He is the son of Jalal Al-Din Al-Alami. He learned in his early years at the Freer School, so he studied French and English, then studied Islamic sciences at Al-Azhar in Cairo, and obtained the National and International Certificate in 1932, after that he worked A teacher at the Jaffa House for Islamic Sciences in 1934, Alami assumed the position of fatwa in 1953 for a period of forty years.
